The complex has complimentary parking available in the parking garage. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there’s no available spot in parking garage please utilize the paid parking at 611 Tucker street.

Pet
We’re delighted to accommodate your furry friends in our Airbnb. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.

Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you’ll only need to pay the corresponding difference.
