By agreeing to this Agreement, the Guest authorizes the Host to charge the payment method on file for any fees or charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to: late checkout fees, fees for unauthorized guests, charges related to partying, smoking penalties, costs for property damage, or fees associated with extending the reservation beyond the originally agreed-upon dates. The Host reserves the right to utilize the payment information provided by the Guest to settle any outstanding balances or expenses resulting from breaches of this Agreement. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that such charges may be applied to the provided payment method without further consent or notification.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to opt out of marketing communications, update or delete your information, and control cookie preferences. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also request access to your data, object to processing, and exercise other privacy rights.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We may transfer Personal Information to affiliates, service providers, and agents located outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. When doing so, we ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and implement safeguards to protect your information.

12. Mechanical Failures.

Host attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Host cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Host immediately. Host will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Host or a person permitted by Host access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Host is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
